Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to the TogetherWatch website and services. By using TogetherWatch, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use TogetherWatch.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use TogetherWatch. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use TogetherWatch only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
What TogetherWatch provides
TogetherWatch is a mobile-first companion social-entertainment platform designed to complement entertainment users access separately. TogetherWatch is not a streaming provider and does not provide subscriptions, programming, or rights to view third-party content.
Your provider access
You must have lawful access to any provider or content you use with TogetherWatch. You are responsible for following applicable provider terms and relevant laws. TogetherWatch will never request your provider passwords, cookies, or access tokens. Do not share them with us or other users.
Service access
Access to TogetherWatch may be offered privately and remains subject to availability. Features and access may change, pause, or be discontinued. Submitting an access request does not guarantee service availability or timing.
Acceptable use
You may not use TogetherWatch unlawfully; violate another party's rights; harass, threaten, deceive, or impersonate others; share illegal, infringing, or harmful material; bypass security; introduce malware; disrupt the service; misuse or reverse engineer TogetherWatch except where law permits; or share provider credentials or unauthorized access. Your use must also follow our Community Guidelines.
Your submissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give TogetherWatch permission to host, process, display, and use that content as reasonably necessary to provide, protect, and improve the service. You are responsible for your submissions and must have the rights needed to share them.
Intellectual property
TogetherWatch and its website, branding, software, designs, and original content are owned by TogetherWatch LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Third-party services
Third-party providers, websites, and services are controlled by their respective operators. TogetherWatch is not responsible for their availability, content, policies, or actions. References to them do not imply endorsement or partnership.
Suspension or termination
We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect users, TogetherWatch, third parties, or the integrity of the service, including for violations of these Terms or the Community Guidelines.
Disclaimers
TogetherWatch is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TogetherWatch LLC and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of—or inability to use—TogetherWatch. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute may be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction and venue under applicable law.
